Why RCC Tallow?
At Richardson Cattle Company, We’ve spent generations raising cattle with intention, integrity, and commitment. From birth all the way to processing (approximately 18 months) our animals are cared for and tended to the best of our ability. Our suet is hand picked using the product from our ranch, or from other local Texas ranches who ranch with similar practices that we use. What we love about suet is that it is a created product from Yahweh, not man made in a lab; and we have a peace knowing that we are making a product that is restorative, healthy and free from toxins that so many products today have. The suet is then rendered for 4 days for 8 hours each day, allowing it to get into the purest form possible. Once rendered, it is then weighed to the exact amount needed for the oils that have been precisely chosen for each kind of cream. The tallow is then whipped to the perfect consistency that is found in every jar, not too pasty and not too runny; once whipped it is specifically prayed over and hand poured into each jar. The jars are then placed into boxes that have been designed with pictures from the ranch, giving the product the luxury look you find in high end stores. We believe the marketing will sell the tallow, but the amazing product will keep you coming back for more. Tallow has been a blessing to so many, and we pray it is that to you as well.
